Another chance to Full Tilt Poker?

Full Tilt Poker, closed about 6 months ago, owing nearly $ 300 million to its customers. The problems started on Black Friday.
Despite the fact that the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has recently withdrawn the online poker gaming license, some promising news has arisen.
French investment company, Groupe Bernard Tapie has signed an exclusive contract with Full Tilt to acquire the poker room.

Investors claim that repayment of customers was a priority for them.
Full Tilt Poker's press release reads:
“Groupe Bernard Tapie has over 30 years of experience in the salvation of financially distressed businesses, with over 40 companies acquired and managed to profitability, the most well-known being the sport equipment giant, Adidas.”

But before the deal goes through, there would be a number of details to be agreed. First, the company must enter into a settlement with the United States Department of Justice, about the outstanding legal problems. Negotiations with the Department of Justice are beginning the first week of October. Groupe Bernard Tapie claims that if all goes well, Full Tilt could be up and running by January of next year.
