Online Poker Room Full Tilt Pays Fees

Paid fees, Canadian license renewed, staff fired

It is still not known wether the Full Tilt brand is going to stay alive or not however, this is the first good news in the last four months.

The bad news first: rumours say that online poker room Full Tilt has dismissed their staff in the US. Multiple sources confirmed however that fired employees received full wages from April till now.

The good news is that according to last week’s reports, the online poker site succesfully renewed their Kahnawake licence for another two years.

After the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) delayed decision making on Full Tilt until September, it has been reported that Full Tilt Poker paid almost half a million dollars in overdue license fees. AGCC noted that the payment is the best interest of online poker players as commercial negotiations on refinancing can take place only this way.
